A reference service from the National Library of Lithuania that allows users to submit questions and receive answers by email (klausk@lnb.lt) or using e-services portal Interactive Library (Ask a librarian).

Policies:

• You will receive an answer within 48 hours except on weekends, holidays and unscheduled library closings.
• We answer questions related to the National Library, its collections, databases, document search. We do not provide tutorial services for students, do not guide to solving crosswords.
• Questions related to interlibrary loan services should be addressed to tba@lnb.lt.
• Compiling of bibliographic lists and scanning are priced services.
