The catalogue contains records for publications of the Lithuanian interchange collection. The publications are ment for interchange or free delivering to libraries or other institutions in Lithuania and abroad.

The Lithuanian interchange collection is compiled since 1992; the publications were accumulated during the long period by the former Book Chamber from various organizations, culture and education institutions, religious communities and private persons. It contains books in Lithuanian, Polish, German, French, Russian, Latin and English languages. Chronological range: publications issued abroad – from 1831, publications issued in Lithuania – from 1905; the latest publications are issued at the end of the 20th c.

Catalogue for interchange of publications is a database created within LIBIS (Lithuanian Integral Library Information System); the search in catalogue is available by author, title, place of publication, date of publication, language of publication.
