Virtual exhibition dedicated to the 75th birth anniversary of the prominent Lithuanian poet Judita Vaičiūnaitė

New virtual exhibition dedicated to the 75^th birth anniversary of Judita Vaičiūnaitė (1937–2011), famous Lithuanian poet and playwright, is prepared at the National Library of Lithuania.

The exhibition presents life and creation of the poet, many her contemporaries and friends, famous Lithuanian culture workers – actors Gražina Urbonaitė, Virginija Kochanskytė, writers Vacys Reimeris, Marcelijus Martinaitis, Violeta Palčinskaitė, artistic director Gytis Padegimas, author of the monograph about the poet Virginija Balsevičiūtė-Šlekienë – shared their memories about Judita Vaičiūnaitė. Her daughter, Ula Vaičiūnaitė, kindly presented interesting and unique photos from her personal archive for the exhibition.
