Einstein and Early X-Rays Feature In New Virtual Exhibition
Documents from collections of Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania presented in the new virtual exhibition of The European Library.
The European Library presented new virtual exhibition „Science &Machines” (official Press Release of The European Library).
21 libraries – national, university and scientific – from 17 European countries have contributed to this virtual showcase, Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania among them. The National Library presented documents that reflect coming of new botanical terms, agricultural development in the XXth c., history of foundation of state radio broadcast in Lithuania.

Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania is a member of the European Library since 2007. The main goal pursued through that participation is organizing access to Lithuanian science and culture resources. The national Library also takes part in organizing of virtual exhibitions of The European Library.
