In 2012, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Lithuanian Philology from the Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences (currently the Educational Academy at Vytautas Magnus University) and in 2014, a master’s degree in Literary Studies from the same University (the graduate thesis “Brazil in the creative work of Lithuanian writers”; supervisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Žydronė Kolevinskienė). She is interested in the history and culture of the Lithuanian diaspora, notably in South America, and literature of Lithuanian expatriates. On these issues, she has published more than 50 various science popular articles and has prepared an interview. She collaborates with the newspaper Draugas and the publication Pasaulio lietuvis of Lithuanians in America. At the National Library, she is involved in the maintenance of the manuscript legacy of various persons and in research on textual analysis. Her current study is on manuscripts by the literary critic Albertas Zalatorius and preparation of these manuscripts for publication.
