- We will provide answers by email to questions related to the Interactive Service Portal, the National Library, its collections, databases and document searches.
- We will answer your question within two business day of receiving it, except for on weekends and unscheduled occasions when the National Library is closed.
- We do not complete coursework for students or solve crossword puzzles.
- The National Library does not provide genealogical information. Please refer such enquiries to the Lithuanian State Historical Archives.
